Would you want to flip houses? What about rent them out to others? Want to start with foreclosures?
ReplyDeleteYou are right it is a business. My friend Ashley's dad only source of income is from property rentals and well he makes a lot more than my mom. My dad is an entrepreneur. He makes pipeline valves and was able to establish a pretty lucratitve business where he was able to use his contacts from his previous jobs. Luckily he didn't burn too many bridges.
